Non-surgical treatment
Once we have diagnosed your problem we are able to plan further management. The first option is to try non-surgical (conservative) treatments. This may involve physiotherapy – with exercise/stretching programmes; it may involve podiatry – with orthotics (insoles) and taping. If these have been tried before, or are unsuccessful, we may use injections to help treat and further diagnose the problem. We are fortunate to also offer ExtraCorporeal Shockwave therapy (ECSWT) for certain conditions.
